Usecase: A lot of times it happens when we have 2 contractors in same location but they say that we can only take this many calls per day as per their capacity. So let's take an example, I have a GBP ranking in NY for Roofers term and I am generating about 20 calls per day. So, I reach out to a contractor and he say that he can only take 5 calls per day so that means, all the other 15 calls will be a waste. But if we have a functionality where the 6th Call can go to 2nd contractor, or maybe 12th call goes to Contractor 3 then it can help things a lot and billing can be done accordingly too.
Not sure, how the billing will be generated on auto pilot via this can atleast it can solve the purpose.

Yeah, we should also be able to set weighted options, so both lines are still available but calls go to the preferred people first.
For example, if a client has three sales reps and one of them closes at a much higher rate than the others, you would want more calls routed to that person. Then, when they are already on a call, new calls can be routed to the next available rep.
